Reginald strides up to Lord Gaverek's door and speaks to one of the guards.
"I need to speak with Lord Gaverek soon as he's available. We have devised a plan to take on Toth."

The guard nods and enters Lord Gaverek's office. He is gone less than a minute, and opens the door again, gesturing Reggie in.
"Lord Gaverek will see you."

Entering the Office Reggie salutes and speaks.
"We have decided to encircle the bastard in an unbroken ring of fire, to keep him from fleeing. We know Aelorn has lamp oil, I was checking in with you to see what other burnable materials we can utilize for the trap. Tallow would be good, hay, kindling, anything good at burning. Portable fuel we can spread out in a ring quickly. If he realizes what's going on it'll all be for naught. We'll use goblin bodies to keep it going."

Lord Gaverek nods as Reggie speaks.
"A Ring of Fire. Simple, but sounds like it will get the job done. I'll speak with the crafters at the tradehall. Alchemists, and engineers can probably help. I assume the hotter and longer it burns the better."
Gaverek walks around to the front of his desk and pauses.
"You'll need to figure out how to prepare the ring without tipping Toth off. Probably need to stick with oil until it gets going, then maybe we could bring in bulkier flammables. Come back when you have a plan laid out."

"Yes, mi Lord. If you permit, may I ask for volunteers from inside the city? We may need more hands than we have. animal bladders and stomachs make good bags, and are fairly easy to open and spread the contents with a dagger."

"Depends on the scenario you come up with and what's going on at the time. For now, only depend on whatever people you can recruit for the mission yourself."

"I'll head back to the others. Dried seaweed burns well if the fishermen are willing to help enough of it for bulkier materials. Also pine pitch will do wonders. It'll burn well and keep burning if the goblins try to put it out. We're in the Raven's Nest if you need to send a messenger." Reggie waits for a response, bows slightly and leaves.

"I'll see what we can scrounge up for you. I'll send word when I have anything for you."
