"Saying we're sorry won't mean anything. Actions always speak louder than words. We will do whatever your father wishes to repair the bond that was developing between our peoples, when he is ready. I can say the expidetion to your home was not ordered by Lord Gaverek, and Vareth seems to be takeing it very hard. He feels it was entirely his fault."

Linus acknowledges Reginald as he speaks, but makes no reply. He carefully arranges goods on a sled as the porter brings them out. He turns to the man at the counter.
"I trust these will suffice as payment." Linus pulls out a portfolio of tradeskill recipes and places them on the counter. "I am aware there are more than necessary. We will be requiring more goods in the future. I trust you can allot us credit?"
The clerk nods, wide eyed as he looks over the folder of diagrams, schematics and formulas.
Linus pulls the sled behind him as he leaves the tradehall, makes a direct route toward the gate, and trudges off toward the college.

Reginald nods to himself and returns to his brewing concoction.
