A man in a burlap hood

[Jon]

A man in a burlap hood and matching robes enters the tradehall. He approaches the clerk at the front counter.

In a gravelly voice he asks, "I'm looking for Arianna Flamegem. I have a delivery for her."

The clerk asks the man to sit and wait, and then sends a runner for the halfling.

[Arianna]

*Arianna steps into the tradehall, staff in hand and walks over to the man*

"I am Arianna Flamegem, tho I'm not sure who you are..."

[Jon]

The man stand up and approaches Arianna, parcel in hand.

"My name is Linus. My father sent me to bring you this book you purchased."

The man hands Arianna the parcel.

[Arianna]

"Thank you. Would that mean your father is ZIMM?" *Arianna says, taking that package*

[Jon]

"Yes. It would."

[Arianna]

"How is he? I hope nobody got hurt while we were battling Toth." *A sincere look of worry comes across her face.*

[Jon]

The man's face tenses, revealing the seams at his mouth and temples. The gravel in his voice becomes the grinding of steel.

"HOPE!?!? Your hope is insufficeint. Three of my siblings were lost in the battle that followed your visit. An hour after you left, the goblins came seeking to 'destroy Hevard Port's secret weapons cache.' They were only partially successful in their misguided endeavor. They assumed we were weapons. We proved them right."

[Arianna]

*Arianna cringes at the sound, but her eyes just seem sad, a glossy wet look to them. Her voice is small a meek*
"I thought you might already be under attack and needed help, I thought constructs were originally built to be servants, not weapons..."

*Arianna shakes her head and she seems to return to her normal self*
"Linus, are you the one I am supposed to teach Jewelry Crafting?"

[Jon]

Linus looks at Arianna confused for a moment. In his normal voice he replies, "No."

The contstruct then turns to the clerk at the desk and pulls a slip of paper out of his robe.

"I require these items."

[Reginald]

Reginald enters the trade hall on other business, seeing Ariana he nods and goes to work.

[Arianna]

"Well, tell Z.I.M.M. that I will be there within the next few weeks to teach one of you jewelry crafting as we negotiated before."

[Jon]

Linus watches the clerk examine the list and add up the cost of the items. He does not turn to face Arianna when he speaks.

"I will tell him that you said that, but if I were you I would not go to the college unless you are sent for. Father is not in the mood to entertain guests."

[Arianna]

"Fine, I'll wait until he sends someone for me."
*With that, Arianna leaves unless stopped, giving a small wave to Reggie as she does so. The package is tucked under her arm, still unwrapped as she makes her way to Aelorn's workshop.*

[Reginald]

Reginald walks over to Ariana leaveing some sort of concoction brewing.

"Who's your friend Ariana?"

[Arianna]

"His name is Linus, and he is one of Z.I.M.M.'s children. Apparently they lost three in the attack after we left."
